1. General

All orders are processed and dispatched from SAIKA Collective’s studio in the Netherlands.

SAIKA ships worldwide using insured and trackable courier services, including but not limited to:

  • DHL Express

  • UPS

  • PostNL

Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation by email. A separate dispatch confirmation containing shipment tracking details will be provided once your order has been transferred to the carrier.


2. Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within one (1) to two (2) business days following receipt of cleared payment.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

During periods of increased demand, including but not limited to collection launches or promotional events, processing times may be extended.


3. Shipping Fee

SAIKA applies a flat-rate insured shipping fee of €75 per order worldwide.

All shipments are:

  • Fully insured up to the purchase value

  • Trackable

  • Handled by trusted express carriers

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.


4. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:

Destination Estimated Delivery Time
Netherlands 1–3 business days
European Union 2–6 business days
Outside EU 4–10 business days

All delivery timeframes are indicative only and shall not constitute binding delivery deadlines.

SAIKA shall not be liable for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance procedures

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Governmental inspections

  • Adverse weather conditions

  • Force majeure events

  • Any circumstance beyond SAIKA’s reasonable control


5. Transfer of Risk

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, risk of loss or damage to the goods shall pass to the customer upon delivery of the goods by SAIKA to the designated carrier.

SAIKA shall not be liable for any loss, delay, or damage occurring in transit after such transfer.


6. Customs, Duties, and Import Charges

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.

Such charges are:

  • Not included in the purchase price or shipping fee

  • The sole responsibility of the recipient

Failure to pay applicable customs charges may result in the parcel being returned to SAIKA at the customer’s expense.


7. Packaging

All items are securely packaged to minimize risk of transit damage.

Where applicable, shipments may include:

  • Original dust bags

  • Protective outer packaging

  • Authentication documentation

  • Commercial invoice

Packaging methods are determined solely at SAIKA’s discretion.


8. Delivery Confirmation

Upon confirmation of delivery by the carrier, responsibility for the goods transfers fully to the customer.

SAIKA shall not be liable for:

  • Loss

  • Theft

  • Damage

  • Misplacement

occurring after delivery has been confirmed at the shipping address provided at checkout.

Customers are strongly advised to select signature-required delivery where available.


9. Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the event that a shipment is lost or arrives visibly damaged:

You must notify SAIKA within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery at:

Failure to notify within this period may result in denial of insurance coverage.

SAIKA will assist in initiating an insurance claim with the carrier. Refunds or replacements, where applicable, will only be processed following the carrier’s completed investigation and claim approval.


10. Shipping Restrictions

SAIKA does not ship to:

  • PO Boxes

  • APO / FPO / DPO addresses

  • Jurisdictions subject to international trade sanctions

Certain products, including exotic leather goods, may be subject to CITES export restrictions and may only be shipped within permitted jurisdictions.


11. Failed Delivery or Return to Sender

If an order is returned to SAIKA due to:

  • Refusal of delivery

  • Non-payment of customs duties

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

the customer shall remain responsible for:

  • Return shipping charges

  • Any applicable customs fees

  • A €25 administrative handling fee

Such amounts may be deducted from any refund issued.


12. Order Amendments

Requests for address changes or order amendments must be submitted within twelve (12) hours of purchase.

Once a shipping label has been generated, modifications may no longer be possible and additional carrier fees may apply.
